At WeFashion, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label generated by the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous labels are visible.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor the status of your refund.
